The City & Guilds 2377-200 (PAT Testing) Home Study Course & Workshop includes a Downloadable Home Study Course. This will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of purchase. Please allow 24 hours for the email to be sent. If you have not received the email after this time, please don't hesitate to contact our offices on 020 8434 3627. PLEASE NOTE: The Exam Simulator that is included in the Downloadable Home Study Course is licensed for and can only be installed on one computer ONLY. Online activation is required. Installation on more than one computer can result in the program becoming locked. It is designed for PERSONAL USE ONLY AND AN INTERNET CONNECTION REQUIRED.

Downunder Tradies Group is not responsible for any City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Exam failures.

A full refund is NOT due if the Candidate:

A rescheduling fee of £30.00 will apply to all Candidates who wish to change the date of their City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam.

The fee of £30.00 will apply each time a City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam is rescheduled. A minimum of 24 hours notice must be provided to Downunder Tradies Group by the Candidate when rescheduling any City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam. Failure to do so will result in the Candidate being liable for the full Practical Workshop/Exam cost.

Booking dates/times for any rescheduled Practical Workshops/Exams are subject to availability.

When rescheduling any City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam, the Candidate is liable to pay the difference in cost (if applicable).

Candidates who reschedule or cancel their City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam due to illness must have a Doctor’s Certificate that covers the candidate for the actual date of the Practical Workshop/Exam.

No discounts or special rates are available to Candidates who have already booked one City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam (or alternative Test/Assessment with Downunder Tradies Group) and would like to book again or to organise a re-sit.

Should the Candidate wish to rebook, the standard City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam cost will apply.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam.

The Candidate must bring one form of ID in good condition.

Acceptable Forms of Photo ID

Downunder Tradies Group reserves the right to withhold the results from the Candidate if they fail to bring sufficient ID or if the ID that is provided is of poor quality. In this instance Downunder Tradies Group would hand over the Candidate’s results when sufficient ID has been provided.

Downunder Tradies Group are not responsible if the Candidate is unable to attend/sit or complete the City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam due to technical difficulties. In the rare occasion that this does occur we would endeavour to reschedule the City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam at the Candidates convenience.

In an extreme or unforeseen situation Downunder Tradies Group hold the right to cancel any City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam at any time without providing notice to the Candidate. In the rare occasion that this does occur we would endeavour to contact the Candidate as soon as possible and to reschedule City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Practical Workshop/Exam at their convenience.

City & Guilds 2377 (PAT Testing) Exam requirements

This is an open book Exam and Candidates will be allowed to take the following permitted reference material into the Exam:

If Downunder Tradies Group has any doubt over the suitability of content, the publication cannot be used and will be replaced with a ‘clean’ copy of the IEE Code of Practise.

Candidates will also require a non-programmable calculator.

Guided learning hours

A minimum of 30 guided learning hours is required before the Candidate can sit the Exam. On the day of the Exam the Candidate will be required to sign a Declaration stating that they have undertaken the minimum guided learning hours. It is the Candidate‘s responsibility to allocate a sufficient amount of guided learning hours when preparing for the Exam.

Before a Candidate can sit the Exam, it is a requirement that they attend the Practical Workshop.

The purchase of any Study Aids does not guarantee that you will pass the associated Tests, Assessment or Exam.

It is the Candidates responsibility to allocate sufficient time to review the Study Aid/s when preparing for a Test, Assessment or Exam.

If ordering Study Aid/s through the Downunder Tradies Group website, it is the Candidates responsibility to ensure that they are received with sufficient time to review them when preparing for a Test, Assessment or Exam.

Downunder Tradies Group is not responsible for any Test, Assessment or Exam failures - even if a Study Aid has been purchased.

Our West London Test Centre is conveniently located opposite Boston Manor tube station on the Piccadilly Line.

Directions from the tube station

Exit the station and you will see the Boundary House building across the road and to your left. Cross at the lights directly out the front of the station, and follow the path down to Cawdor Crescent. The main entrance and reception is at the back of the building.

By car

From Boston Manor Road, turn into Cawdor Crescent and turn right into the Boundary House Business Centre car park. There is limited parking available on site. If you are planning on driving to the Downunder Tradies Test Centre please contact the office directly to obtain a list of free parking locations nearby.
