Construction division:
Our Construction Division works within the Commercial, Domestic and Rail Industries. Our management team are quality tradespeople that have had many years of experience in the UK Construction Industry. Through this experience we offer our clients:
- M&E tendering on projects up to £500,000
- On site management throughout our projects
- Fully Qualified JIB Gold Card Tradespeople
- NICEIC Approved Contractor
- NICEIC Domestic Installer - no job to small
Training Division:
Downunder Tradies Group is committed to the long term interests of the UK Construction Industry and through this commitment we have developed our own in-house training infrastructure which includes:
- Prometric - CSCS Testing
- JIB - ECS Testing
- City and Guilds - 17th Edition courses
- City and Guilds - Inspection and Testing Courses
- City and Guilds - PAT Testing

Essex Services Group Plc have used Downunder Tradies on some of our smaller projects previously, with great success, and when the opportunity arose on the Crossharbour Project it was decided to give them the chance to show what they can do on a larger scale.
Downunder Tradies have been involved throughout the project from the site set-up/sub-contractors tender stage through to the current position of ‘Power-On’ and final fix. They have been involved in both Electrical & Mechanical elements of the project and have proved to be a valuable asset in both cases.
Downunder Tradies are now considered to be suitable as a preferred contractor to Essex Services Group Plc and will, hopefully, be working alongside us for the foreseeable future.
